Culinary workshops

Tony Le Duc is a culinary photographer and publisher, whose books and workshops make your mouth water. For 30 years now, Tony has been working as a food photographer. Now, he will also teach you the tricks of the trade in various workshops and cooking sessions in the brewery’s former lab.

Tony Le Duc knows the brewery’s neighbourhood very well and was inspired by the stylish buildings. ‘Opening my company, “Minestrone Cookbooks”, in the brewery’s former lab completes the circle for me,’ Tony confides.

The workshops in which you can enrol are based on the books Minestrone publishes. There are cooking sessions around ‘The Basics’, the crafts book ‘Culinary Garage’, ‘Shakes’ by Ellemieke Vermolen, and the new book ‘Simple Food’ by Sergio Herman. These sessions are complemented with the beer experience tour and tastings.
